Regal to the rescue

We've all had that sinking feeling when we've been let down by a company. It's frustrating, annoying and quite frankly, unfair. This client had requested a resin finish by a company who not only did not provide any level of service, they didn't even complete the job to even the most basic standard. As an Island family firm, we care about Islanders, so we made it all better - and we only charged for materials so the customer wasn't out of pocket.
